Remodel of historic retail space into single-family home

On this project, our sister company, KJR Associates, purchased this historic property that dates back to the late 1800s and once served as a store (on the ground floor) with living space above. Our plan is to completely gut-renovating this building into a single-family home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a new chef's kitchen, and a grand roof deck. We just completed the permit and approval process with the New York City Department of Buildings (NYCDOB) and are scheduled to start demolition later this spring. Stay tuned for updates.
