Remodel of historic home into small multi-family.

Another property purchased by our sister company ( KJR Associates ) which they will retain as 2 separate 2-bedroom rentals above a garage office space. But like most of our previous projects, Gowanus Custom Builders will perform a complete gut renovation. We are presently in the NYC DOB submittals process and because this building is in Cobble Hill we will also need NYC Landmark approvals also. Our goal is to start demolition in June of 2023.
